Services
In-Person & Virtual Nutrition Therapy
In-person sessions are available at an office in Mission Viejo, California. Virtual sessions are offered through a HIPAA compliant telehealth platform.
Initial Nutrition Session (60 minutes)
During this session we will get to know each other better and answer any questions you may have. Together, we will complete a thorough nutrition assessment to learn more about you as a person, your health history, your nutritional habits, past experiences with food and body image as well as explore your current relationship with food and body. From there we will talk about your nutrition goals and what you desire to get out of our work together.
Follow-Up Nutrition Sessions (30 minutes)
Follow-up sessions provide ongoing support, skill building, and valuable resources to support your nutritional goals. These sessions involve a re-assessment of your nutrition care plan and adjust for your individual needs. You will have the space to reflect on your progress and celebrate successes as well as process struggles.
